METUCHEN, NJ -- St. Joseph High School christened its new football field with a 34-0 shutout of Perth Amboy.

Paul Cocozziello (12) connected with receiver Jonathan Sot (9) on a 20-yard pass to score the first touchdown ever on the new Falcon Field. Sot also kicked the PAT. Cocozziello tossed three other touchdown passes (two to Joseph Papa and one to Matthew Scull). St. Joe's also scored on a 40-yard interception return by Luke Yakely.
