Cristine Iannitto- Cancela, a Certified Yoga Instructor, will conduct Free Chair Yoga classes sponsored by The South Plainfield Library to be held at the South Plainfield Public Library located at 2484 Plainfield Ave. Thursday evening classes are scheduled for March 23, April 13, June 22 and July 13 from 7-8 PM. Chair yoga one of the gentlest forms of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. A yoga mat is required to keep the chair from sliding on the floor. Please come to enjoy some restorative and peaceful yoga and receive the gift of strengthening, toning and relaxing benefits. To register, please stop by or call the South Plainfield Public Library at 908-754-7885. Registration for the March 23 class is open. The sign up for the April session will begin the week of March 20, sign up for the June session will begin the week of May 30 and sign up for the July session will begin the week of June 26. The people who are on the waiting list for a class, will have the first chance to register for the next month’s session.
