Dear Editor,

I have had the pleasure of working with both Senator Patrick Diegnan and Assemblyman Rob Karabinchak and have seen first hand the commitment and ability they bring to help families of Middlesex County. I emphatically believe that they are the best choice for State Senate and Assembly in the 18th District on the ballot this November.

I have known Patrick Diegnan to be one of the staunchest advocates for a quality public education in his district and across New Jersey; using his leadership as Chairman of the Assembly Education Committee and now Vice-Chair of the Senate Joint Committee on Public Schools to fight on behalf of school children. Pat has also been a strong partner to help protect our environment. Pat and I recently worked side by side to ban microbeads from personal care products that can cause public health hazards in our waterways. His efforts in New Jersey helped me pass a federal ban through Congress and signed by the President just last year.

Rob Karabinchak has been a vocal addition to the General Assembly for working class families. While Rob served on the Edison Council, I saw the tenacity he brought every day to better the lives of the people he represented. As a hometown guy, Rob understands the issues facing hard working families. Rob will continue to bring that knowledge and experience to Trenton to fight for all of us.

Pat and Rob have consistently demonstrated their commitment to fight for our values. I am proud to endorse them and urge all residents of the 18th legislative district to vote for Patrick Diegnan for State Senate and Rob Karabinchak for Assembly on Tuesday, November 8th.

Congressman Frank Pallone
