Dear Editor,

Chrissy Buteas and her small band of supporters have shown that they put politics before all else.  Buteas likes to portray herself as a leader on women's issues, but she is doing everything other than lead when it comes to defending the women who were verbally attacked by her former running mate.

Apparently, Buteas cannot find the time to condemn what her former running mate did, yet she has plenty of time to say that it should have been hidden from the voters.   Her actions reek of political opportunism, not leadership.
