SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – “Los Primos Romero Mexican Restaurant is a great addition to South Plainfield’s Downtown,” said Mayor Matthew P. Anesh. “With a combination of excellent food and service they are sure to be a hit with South Plainfield residents.” And with those comments Mayor Anesh and Los Primos Romero owners Cesar Romero, Martin Romero and Enrique Romero cut the ribbon to open their doors to South Plainfield’s newest business in the Downtown.
“Everything we serve is made on premises”, said Cesar Romero. “It is all authentic Mexican food, everything is made from scratch.”
Los Primos Romero is owned and operated by three first cousins, Cesar, Enrique and Martin Romero. Los Primos Romero is located at 23 South Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield New Jersey. They are open seven days a week from 10:00am to 10:00pm.
Los Primos Romero has a very broad menu serving, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu includes traditional items such as burritos and enchiladas as well as a broad seafood menu that has a wide variety of fish and shell fish. The portions are huge, but if you have enough room there is a dessert menu.
Los Primos Romero is kid friendly offering a kids menu for under $4.00. “It is great to see a new restaurant move into our Downtown,” said Councilman Robert Bengivenga. . “I can speak from experience today they have great authentic Mexican food.”
