SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ - Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties recently announced that Guy Moretti, manager of the company’s South Plainfield Office, will be leaving his position in order to devote his full business time to the growth and development of the Moretti Team. Regi Reeder, an 18-year real estate veteran who worked as Moretti’s assistant manager, has been named office manager.
“Regi is the natural successor for the position,” said Moretti. “He’s a great guy with a wonderful work ethic and I have no reservations Regi will continue the office’s growth.” Bill Keleher, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services New Jersey Properties stated, “I want to express our deep appreciation for all of the efforts that Guy has made over the past 3 years to transition the South Plainfield Office from Century 21 Moretti to Prudential New Jersey Properties and finally Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. We would not be where we are today without his dedication and leadership.”
In 2013, with Guy’s guidance, the Moretti Team sold 71 properties which placed their sales production in the top 1% of all Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents nationwide. The Moretti Team currently consists of Guy Moretti who now directly works with buyers and sellers along with Eugene Moretti, Steve Gold and Debbie Malecki. Toni Moretti oversees the marketing and lead generation programs for the Team and Gi Sofka handles the Teams transaction management.
“I am excited to get back to doing what I enjoy most about my business, which is personally taking care of buyers and sellers,” said Moretti. “I look forward to sharing my 37 years of real estate experience where it is most appreciated and needed, with my clients.”
