SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – The South Plainfield girls soccer team lost its home opener to Piscataway, 4-0, on Monday.

The Tigers trailed, 1-0, at the half, but the Chiefs scored three goals In the final 15 minutes to put away the game away.  Lela Allen, Ayana Garvin, Asia Hurley and Kelsey Nugent all scored for Piscataway.  The South Plainfield goalie had 17 saves in the loss.  The Tigers next play at home versus Bishop Ahr.
