SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – With winter storm Stella expected to hit the north east and potentially blanket the borough in two feet of snow, the South Plainfield School District announced it is seeking to postpone the referendum vote scheduled for Tuesday, March 14.

As of press time, district officials were headed to Middlesex County Court in New Brunswick to file an application for postponement. More information, including a new date for the referendum vote, will be available following the court hearing this afternoon.
