SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ - The South Plainfield Senior Center will be hosting a celebration on September 8 at 12 noon,   to recognize the conclusion of a 24 week Healthy Bones Program.  The program, spearheaded by South Plainfield Senior Center Director, Tree Olano, focused on weight bearing exercises and educational topics for adults at risk of osteoporosis.

 To help reinforce the nutritional aspects of Healthy Bones, Eva Argate, a registered dietitian from JFK Hartwyck at Oak Tree, along with facility administrator Dawn Giakas, will be sponsoring an informative discussion, as well as a question and answer session about diet and bone health.
