The South Plainfield Amateur Radio Club (SPARC) participated in the Boy Scouts of America “JERSEY JAM” at Waterloo Village Historic State Park on Saturday, October 5th.

The JERSEY JAM, a 3 day event, was established to provide Scouts with outdoor challenges, STEM, backwoods engineering skills along with outdoor sports and many more activities.

SPARC provided an insight into amateur radio skills and community service provided by radio amateurs to scores of young Boy Scouts from a large area of New Jersey and Boy Scouts PATRIOTS PATH COUNCIL.
