NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ – The South Plainfield Tigers Girls Basketball Team defeated New Brunswick 38-37 tonight in New Brunswick.  Sarah Cargill led the Tigers with 13 points.  Cargill’s 3 point shot with just under two minutes left in the contest put South Plainfield up for good in the game.

Destiny Betts of New Brunswick led all scorers with 14 points.  South Plainfield is now 10-5 on the season.  The South Plainfield Girls Varsity Basketball team plays home to Sayreville on Thursday.
