NORTH BRUNSWICK, NJ – The South Plainfield Tigers Girls Basketball Team rebounded from a near 30 point loss yesterday to go on and beat North Brunswick 56-35. South Plainfield guard Sarah Cargill once again dominated the stat sheet scoring a game high 25 points and grabbing six boards.

South Plainfield grabbed an early 16-5 first quarter lead and never looked back.  In addition to Cargills’ 25 points, Tiger teammate Caity Hughes tossed in another 12 points. The victory improves South Plainfield’s record to 6-8 on the season, while North Brunswick falls to 5-9.
