EDISON, NJ - The South Plainfield High School Competition Cheerleading team finished their double-header weekend with two first place trophies. The team traveled to Montville High School on Saturday, January 16th to compete in the Medium Varsity Cheer/Dance Division. South Plainfield participated in a field of 4 teams. Outperforming all other competitors in their division with their confidence and skills, the girls earned their first win of the season.

On Sunday, January 17th, the team was ready to perform again in front of local spectators at Bishop George Ahr High School.  Hitting one of the only flawless routines of the day, South Plainfield earned another first place trophy. With three impressive performances so far this year, the girls have proven that with hard work, there are no limits. The Lady Tigers will compete next weekend at Jackson Liberty High School on January 24th. They will also be hosting their own competition at South Plainfield High School on February 7th to raise money for Nationals. Come out and support your Lady Tigers.
