South Plainfield Knights of Columbus Thank All Who Participated in 11th Annual Lenten Fish Dinners

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ - The South Plainfield Knights of Columbus recently completed the 2015 Lenten Fish Dinners at Holy Savior Academy School. This is the 11th year the South Plainfield Knights of Columbus have been running these dinners.

Over the 6 weeks (one was missed due to what else a snow storm) 1,296 dinners were sold with an average of over 260 people ordering dinners each week. All proceeds from this event go towards Sacred Heart Church, Holy Savior Academy and the South Plainfield Knights of Columbus Scholarship fund

The Knights would like to thank all of the men and women who volunteered their time in helping set up, prepare, serve and clean up, especially Knights members Lenny Kleczkowski, Tom Frantz and Bob & Candi Longo who stepped up for leading roles in the dinners. As well as Dan and Jen Ratti who delivered all home bound meals for seniors around town.
