South Plainfield Lacrosse: Tigers Down Parsippany 10-6

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ - The South Plainfield Lady Tigers received goals from five different players, and South Plainfield peppered 24 shots on goal en-route to a 10-6 win over Parsippany. South Plainfield goalie Tatianna Sutor turned away 11 shot on goal to record the win.

The Lady Tigers jumped out to a 5-2 first half lead, and were able to hold off Parsippany to get the win. South Plainfield’s Haley Olsen scored three times with teammates Lindsey Diamant, Gisselle Flores and Olivia O’Leary each scoring twice for the Tigers. Lynda Farinella also recorded a goal for South Plainfield to round out the Tigers scoring.

Parsippany received two goals apiece from Megan Carlos and Olivia Bucciarelli. Michele La Capra and Sarah DiPippa each scored a goal to round out Parsippany’s scoring on the day.
