SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ - On Sunday January 22nd the South Plainfield Preschool Program had its open house from 2 to 5pm at the Roosevelt Elementary School.  The open house began with a very informative presentation given by Mr. Eli Freund; Supervisor of Special Services and preschool, about the preschool program, the full day and half day options, and the tools of the mind curriculum.  After the presentation the parents got a tour of the classrooms and details of how a typical day goes.  There were crafts, games, and other activities set up for the children to enjoy.  Sharon Barnick, Occupational Therapist provided Ot manipulatives and games for the children to experience as well. 

    Cub Master Jason Teal and assistant Chris Spina along with Cub Scout Pack 207 had a booth set up with metal detectors and a tent for the children to explore and play.
