SPARC (South Plainfield Amateur Radio Club) participated in NJ MAKER’S DAY on Saturday, March 23rd at Piscataway’s JFK library.
The club assisted teens with building a simple electronic circuit to learn soldering and circuit board assembly. 19 young adults signed up and completed a project which they were able to take home and learn from. The projects consisted of one from the following; digital clock, voltmeter/thermometer, Morse code oscillator, flashlight, organ and wireless microphone.
SPARC participants were; Larry Makoski, Marv Bronstein, Harry Chiovarou, Tim Halloran, LeeAnn Graziano, David Hackett, Chris Carson, Rodolfo Juliani and Ronald Hepburn.
