“The team worked together and we were able to get nearly all the girls into compete,” said South Plainfield Head Coach Meredith Garofalo. “We qualified seven girls on individual events. We have strong team this year and it’s difficult at times to get them all in.”

Garofalo’s strong squad will be riding a lot of momentum as they head into the Greater Middlesex Conference Tournament tomorrow in South Brunswick. When asked what they need to do to be successful tomorrow Garofalo said “In order to win tomorrow we cannot have any mistakes and that’s what we plan on doing.”
