SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ - On Saturday, Feb. 6, at South Plainfield High School, the No. 9-ranked Tigers will face off against 12-2 Jaguars of Jackson Memorial at 5:00 p.m. Furthermore, it is Alumni Night, as those who have put on the singlets, the mask and left their blood, sweat, and tears on the mats will be honored as they celebrate the rich history and tradition of South Plainfield wrestling.

Since winning the program’s first Group State Title in 2000, the Tigers have been victorious in seven Group State Title contests and hold the current and active record for 31 consecutive District Titles in New Jersey.

In addition, all alumni, family and friends of SPHS Wrestling are invited to gather at Flanagan’s after the match for a reception sponsored by the South Plainfield Wrestling Club (adults only cash bar).
