SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ - The Suburban Woman's Club of South Plainfield held their annual Luncheon/Fashion Show on April 17th at the South Plainfield Senior Center.   April Bengivenga, Debbie Boyle, Megan Boyle, Alberta Esposito, Linda-Susan Gitto, Susan Lester and Lisa Cotone-Smith modeled business, casual and evening wear furnished by Lord & Taylor of Westfield.  Jane Rundella, Fundraising Chair and Fashion Show Coordinator narrated the event.  Guests enjoyed a full luncheon, door prizes, basket/gift raffle and a 50/50 drawing in addition to a fun fashion show. Club members and their families volunteered their efforts and time serving on various committees provided the ticket sales, set up, luncheon/kitchen, basket/gift raffle and 50/50, etc. services. 

The proceeds of this event will go to the New Jersey State Federation of Women's Clubs Special State Project, the National Alliance on Mental Illness-New Jersey, as well as scholarships for South Plainfield High School students and local charities that benefit from the Suburban Woman's fundraising projects throughout the year.  Women who would enjoy being a member of the Suburban Woman's Club of South Plainfield are welcomed to contact Membership Chair, Grace Bertucci at 732-549-9633.
