The South Plainfield Boys’ Soccer Team continues their winning ways while trying to secure a Blue Division Championship.  On the season the Boys’ Soccer team is currently 9-4.  The Tigers have wins over GMC rivals South Brunswick and are currently tied at the top of the division.  The team this year is led by senior captain Gabriel Mont.

South Plainfield High School senior forward, Gabriel Mont, had an outstanding week for the boys’ varsity soccer team.  Gabriel had winning goals against both South River and Metuchen to help the Tigers on their quest to capture the Blue Division Championship.  On the season, Gabriel has played a consistent game and has a total of four goals.  Gabriel is a tough competitor and a leader on the field.  South Plainfield looks forward to Gabriel’s guidance on the field for the remainder of his final season as a Tiger.
