The South Plainfield High School’s Varsity Competition Cheer team has done it again! The team, led by Coach Jaime Giannakis/Moran and Assistant Coach Erin Klimchak, has ended their season undefeated placing first at all eight of their local competitions, in addition to taking the Grand Championship title at the David Brearley Competition. The team competes in the Varsity Medium Cheer Dance Division and is composed of 17 athletes with 15 girls taking the mat. The Tigers hope to continue their post season success as they head to Ocean City, Maryland this upcoming weekend to take on Nationals.
