SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ - South Plainfield High School’s DECA (Distributive Education Club of America) & Tennis Organizations, partnered with the South Plainfield Mayor’s Wellness Committee, will host the first Tint Sprint 5K & Wellness Fair! Designed to bring the community together for a day of family, friends, fun, and fitness on Sept. 27.
The event will begin at 9:30 a.m. with a children’s ‘Fun Run’ (ages 5-11) followed by the Tint Sprint at 11 a.m.
Dressed in white, participants will rage through zones containing “blasts” of color before experiencing the Dye Explosion Grand Finale! Afterwards, everyone is invited to the Wellness Fair, which will feature a variety of local vendors, a basket auction (18+), and special appearances, by medical professionals offering demonstrations, mini-workshops, and tips for healthy living. Whether coming to race, eat, or shop, there is something for everyone! In addition, the South Plainfield Education Association will be helping to fund the event by donating sunglasses and water to all participants.
