SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ - On Wednesday, December 20th, 2017, the South Plainfield Police Department with assistance from the Middlesex County Prosecutors Office executed a court ordered search warrant at the 1900 Block of Maple Avenue.
The search warrant was issued after an ongoing investigation into the illegal distribution of narcotics at the residence.
As a result of the investigation, 29 -year-old James A. Riddles was arrested and charged with possession of heroin, possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession with intent to distribute heroin within 1000 feet of a school zone, and possession with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a park.
Also arrested was 24-year-old Brandon Crouch for possession of marijuana and possession of narcotics paraphernalia.
Riddles was transported and is currently being housed in the Middlesex County Adult Corrections Center while Crouch was released on his own recognizance.
