Friends of the Library - Grandmother's Flower Garden Raffle

The Friends of the South Plainfield Library are raffling "Grandmother's Flower Garden" Enter for a chance to win a beautiful 46" x 46" craft quilt.  This piece was hand appliqued and then professionally machine quilted. A perfect way to bring a little Spring into your home.  You have to be in it to win it!  Tickets are available at the South Plainfield Public Library - $5.00 per ticket.  Drawing will be held at 6:00 pm on Monday, March 20, 2017 (The first day of Spring)...Winner need not be present to win! MUST be 18 or older to enter.

National Take Back Initiative on October 28th

The South Plainfield Police Department and the DEA are coordinating the National Take Back Initiative, whereby unused, unwanted and expired medications can be surrendered by the public for safe destruction.  The event is scheduled for Saturday October 28, 2017 between the hours of 10am and 2 pm. The collection point will be the South Plainfield Courtroom located within Borough Hall.
