Athlete of the Week: Kourtney Scipio Girls’ Field Hockey Center Mid

The South Plainfield Field Hockey Team is once again off to a great start of their 2019 season.  The Lady tigers are currently undefeated this year.  During this past week, South Plainfield went 3-0 winning over GMC rivals Piscataway, East Brunswick and Old Bridge.   Much of their success is due to the play of senior captain Kourtney Scipio.
