SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – South Plainfield’s favorite Sarge, and his owner Officer Anthony Louise, will have a booth at this Tuesday's National Night Out celebration.
Sarge is the resilient Red Nose pitbull that was abandoned in a Front Street home back in June. Sarge was found emaciated and nearly dead by Officer Louise. Sarge has been nurtured back to health by the Louise family and has received State-wide attention since TAPinto South Plainfield first reported on the story back on July 31st.
National Night Out festivities begin 6:00pm sharp behind Borough Hall. There will be food, games, prizes and Sarge. Make sure to bring an appetite and a camera!
