SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – Grant student Aria Rathor was recently honored for being named the winner in the South Plainfield School District’s recently Tiger Logo Contest. 

During the June 21 meeting, district administrators and the board of education congratulated Aria for her winning design and presented her with an $800 gift card. Her parents and brother Arav, who was named Roosevelt School's finalist in the contest, were on hand as were Grant Principal Patrick Sarullo and Assistant Principal Robert Gorman. 

Aria’s design, affectionately named ‘tiger eyes’ by Superintendent of Schools Dr. Noreen Lishak, will grace the press box at Jost Field in time for opening day of the 2018 football season.
