SPARTA, NJ- Photographs, paintings, drawings and  sculptures will be on display at the Art Gala at Sparta High School.  The community is invited to attend on Thursday, May 15 from 6 until 8 p.m.  The pieces exhibited, many award winning, have been created by art students, as well as art projects from Science, English and Spanish classes.

High school student and staff musicians will provide musical accompaniment.  The culinary arts students, under the guidance of their teacher Ruth Biczak, will be providing light refreshments for the guests.

The art exhibition will be in the Media Resource Center at the front of the building.  Sculpture garden tours will also be available.  Visitors wishing to attend the gala may enter through the main entrance of the building, according to organizers.
