Do you know or are you a motivated high school student with an interest in making a difference in Sussex County?  The Center for Prevention and Counseling works to create healthy communities and schools through various activities and programs held in our communities. We would like to extend a special opportunity to high school students in 2017 to help to create and maintain a youth-driven group to be involved in community speaking engagements, social media campaigns, community service projects and more.

As students’ schedules are ever-more demanding, we will meet once a quarter to plan and assess community projects, as well as keep in touch through social media and other virtual platforms.

Our first meeting will be held at the Center’s satellite office on Wednesday, January 11th from 6:30pm-7:30pm with pizza provided. We really hope you can join us. RSVP is required. For more information and/or to RSVP, contact Ayla at the Center for Prevention and Counseling at 973-383-4787 ext. 251, or email ayla@centerforprevention.org.
