Our county, like the rest of our state and country, is in the midst of an opioid use epidemic. Substance use impacts the community on multiple levels, and recovery is a solution that benefits everyone. Leading the way in local recovery efforts through a proactive and collaborative approach from public safety and public health professionals, the Sussex County C.L.E.A.R. Program offers improved access to treatment and free recovery coaching services to individuals and families with substance use disorder.

The public is invited to attend a press conference from 11:00-1:00 p.m. on March 29th at The Newton Municipal Building to commemorate the first year anniversary of the announcement of C.L.E.A.R. last year. Learn how this initiative has served our community and recognize the partners and volunteers involved.
