SPARTA, NJ – On July 15, the Morris County Prosecutor’s office released a statement from Prosecutor Fredric M Knapp regarding the plea agreement they had reached with Pablo A Home.  Home had been arrested on numerous drug related charges as well as money laundering.

The Sparta Township Police Department, through Sergeant Dennis Proctor, has told TAP into Sparta that “Home’s mother resides in Sparta, not Pablo.  He spent most of his time in Morris County.”  Proctor and Detective Sergeant Mulligan of the Sparta Police Department confirm “Sparta PD had no involvement in Mr Home’s case.”  Further he states, “We’ve never had any involvement with him in previous incidents.”

According to Knapp’s statement, Home’s has pled guilty to “one count of first-degree Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance with the Intent to Distribute.”  In addition, he will “forfeit $13,676, proceeds of his cocaine distribution activity.”
