FRANKLIN, NJ - Franklin Wal-Mart management called the Franklin Police to report a woman acting unusual.  On July 31 responded to the Wal-Mart at 9:45 p.m. to find Brittany A Jamieson in the restroom.

The 24 year-old Hamburg resident was found to be in possession of heroin, hypodermic needles, marijuana and other drug paraphernalia.  Jamieson was arrested just before 10 p.m. and transported to Franklin Police Department headquarters.

Jamieson was charged with possession of heroin, use of heroin, possession of marijuana, passion of hypodermic needles and possession of drug paraphernalia.  She was released pending a Sussex County Superior Court appearance on August 5.

The complaints that were filed are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. The charges may be presented to a grand jury for potential indictment.
