SPARTA, NJ – The Sparta Public Library is sponsoring a program about Franklin Delano Roosevelt on Tuesday, November 4 at 1 p.m.  The program is called FDR: An Arsenal for Democracy.  Presented in a dramatic fashion, Neill Hartley will interpret the events of December 29, 1940. 

The library invites you to watch as this historical figure is brought to life expressing the events of the famous moment in time.  You will meet the President just before delivering his famous Arsenal of Democracy speech. 

There will be a period of question and answer following the presentation.
