FRANKLIN, NJ – Additional charges have been made in the arrest of Teresa Nussbaum in connection with Robert Fedder’s arrest last week for the sexual assault of two minors. At the time Nussbaum was charged with endangering the welfare of a child for leaving two children in the care of Fedder, according to police.
Fedder has a history of sexual abuse convictions and is a tier 3 sex offender listed on the registry of sex offenders.
Franklin Borough Police have added drug charges after executing a search warrant on her home. On Thursday, April 5 police found MDMA or Ecstasy an illegal synthetic psychoactive drug, police report.
Charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance were added to the existing charges that have her awaiting trial in Keogh Correctional Facility in Newton.
Franklin police say the investigation is still ongoing and additional charges may yet be filed.
