With Governor Christie, Senator Oroho, and Assemblywoman McHose, I’ve worked to cap local spending to hold down property taxes, balance the budget, pay down the debt, and bring more state education dollars back to Sussex County.  Since February, I have been on the job in the Surrogate’s office, working every day for the people who need the assistance of my office. In fact, in the last four months as your County Surrogate, I have handled more Probate of Wills, more Administrations, more Guardianships and Adoptions than my opponent in her entire career.

With my years of community service, I know how to get more done with less.  It is my goal to see the Surrogate’s office perform more efficiently while costing taxpayers less money – and with my background in business and finance, I have the skills to make it happen. The people we serve at the Surrogate’s office are our neighbors, our fellow taxpayers, and our customers.  Just as in business, under my leadership the Surrogate’s office will explore new ways to deliver a better level of service, more efficiently, and at less cost to taxpayers.  And we will do this while providing a very important service, in a compassionate manner, to people who find themselves in the midst of one of the most difficult times of their lives.
