Have you tried everything from nagging to pleading and are you out of solutions and stressed by trying to help a loved one overcome addiction? Would you like to know how to improve your quality of life while at the same time, help your loved one enter treatment?  Please join us and spread the word about a new book group for anyone interested in family (or friends) support for recovery from addiction.

This new support group will meet monthly and discuss the books, “Beyond Addiction,” and “Get Your Loved One Sober.”  Both of these books reference the “Community Reinforcement and Family Training” (C.R.A.F.T.) approach to help significant others learn how to successfully engage substance using loved ones to seek help or even decrease harmful use.

The “C.R.A.F.T. approach” also helps improve relationships after a loved one enters treatment or when someone is already navigating recovery. Come join others and find support for yourself while increasing the opportunity to help your loved one. The first Book Discussion Group will meet on Thursday, April 6, 2017 from 6:30-7:30PM at The Center, 65 Newton-Sparta Road, Newton, NJ 07860. Still have questions? Feel free to reach out for more information or to let us know that you are looking forward to joining us. Call Annmarie at (973)383-4787 Ext. 240 or email annmarie@centerforprevention.org
