Once again, The Junior Woman's Club of Sparta is excited to be organizing the Festival of Trees fundraiser. The holiday event will be held on Sunday, November 20th at The Lake Mohawk Country Club. The event will showcase a silent auction of beautifully decorated Christmas trees, wreaths and prizes, brunch with Santa, a large bake sale, live entertainment and activities for the whole family throughout the day.

The JWCS is proud to announce Ginnie's House as the beneficiary of this year’s event. Ginnie's House, located in Newton and serving all of Sussex County, is a safe, child-friendly environment for those in need when child abuse is suspected, disclosed or reported. Ginnie’s House coordinates the child protection, law enforcement, prosecution, healthcare and mental health agencies to ensure the physical and psychological safety of any child throughout a difficult process. They provide all services without cost to the child and family.

Several levels of sponsorship are available, including an Event sponsor, Santa Brunch sponsor, Music sponsor and Tree sponsorships. "This is a wonderful opportunity to promote your business and help raise money for this deserving organization. We are encouraging the community to come out and show their support while kicking-off the holiday season at this fun event," said Kelly Lucadamo, Chairperson of the Festival of Trees. The Junior Woman’s Club of Sparta is comprised of women from Sparta and the surrounding area who have come together as friends to foster goodwill while organizing events and activities that bring our community together. Each year the JWCS raises and distributes thousands of dollars to local organizations and charities.
