SPARTA, NJ - The Township's annual "Visit with Santa" will be held on Sunday, Dec. 8 from 1 to 3 p.m. under the pavillion at Station Park. Santa Claus will once again make his appearance in Sparta, with the trip from the North Pole generously sponsored by Duffy Brennan of Weichert Realtors.

If you recall, an anonymous elf leaked to the paper last year that Santa would not be using a special helper, but that the legend himself would be making the long haul to Sparta.  Looks like that's the case again this year!  He will, of course, also be visiting some relatives in Sparta again, too.  Children (of all ages) are invited to visit with Santa.  Families will have a photo taken with jolly old St. Nick and the children will receive a small gift.
For children who would like to receive a letter from Santa, a station will be set up to write out wish-lists or to send a special message.  Time permitting, Santa will mail back a response.

There will be musical entertainment and plenty of hot chocolate and popcorn to be served.

In addition, there will be a sled dog demonstration, game booths and a display of emergency vehicles.  We look forward to seeing you there.

In case of questionable weather, please call 973-729-2383 for information in regard to the program.
No registration is required.
Admission is a non-perishable food item to be donated to the Sussex County Food Pantry.
