Newton, NJ - Children of all ages are invited to sing, dance, and Shake Out Their Sillies at Main Library in Frankford on Friday, July 21 at 2:30 p.m. Musician Kurt Gallagher encourages kids to stomp, clap, shake and spin along as he performs songs, stories and gags with his guitar, ukulele, jaw harp, slide whistle, and other musically-silly stuff.

Shake Out Your Sillies is just one of the many performances being presented as part of Sussex County Library’s Build A Better World Summer Reading program. Now through August 12 kids, tweens, teens and adults can register and earn raffle tickets for every book read or listened to. Age appropriate prizes include Lenovo tablets for adults, Amazon and iTunes gift cards for tweens and teens, and creative toys for kids. For more details, and to register for Shake Out Your Sillies and more, stop by your local Branch or visit sussexcountylibrary.org.
