BEDMINSTER TWP., N.J. — The backdrop of historic Hamilton Farm was appropriate for a horse show that was reminiscent of a time long ago.
All the classes in the show on July 14 were ridden in side saddles. The show followed three days of Camp Leaping Horn where riders learned from top clinicians from around the world. The classes included modern as well as historic attired for ladies. On July 15 is a USEF/USHJA recognized show that includes the Zone 2 finals for aside riders.
Hamilton Farms, which turned 100 in 2017 was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in May.
