SPARTA, NJ - Super Lawyers Magazine has recognized three attorneys from Laddey. Clark & Ryan, LLP on the national Super Lawyers Business Edition 2014 list.
Super Lawyers rates outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.

Ryan was named Super Lawyer for Employment and Labor law. This is the sixth time Ryan has been nationally recognized in the Business Edition. Ryan's practice includes Employment and Labor Law, Commercial Litigation and Municipal Law, concentrating on the representation of management and individuals in both the private and public sectors. He has extensive experience in employment discrimination, wrongful termination, discipline, breach of contract, harassment, wage and hour, collective bargaining and other employment-related issues. Ryan also reviews and prepares personnel policies and handbooks, conducts investigations into employee complaints, provides harassment and discrimination training and counsels clients on all employment issues.

Thomas Prol, Esq., Partner at Laddey Clark & Ryan, was named Super Lawyer for Environmental law in the Business Section. This is the second time Prol has been nationally recognized. Prol practices in Environmental and Government Affairs. He currently sits on the NJ Supreme Court’s Board on Mandatory Continuing Legal Education. He also presently serves as the first Vice President of the New Jersey State Bar Association and is expected to ascend to the organization’s presidency in 2016.
