“Kittatinny is a very strong team and we knew we were going to have to bring our very best against them,” Coach Caitlyn Botti said. “It was a great team win.” Westwood is an impressive team and we are excited for the match up!
The seventh seed Spartans will travel third seed Westwood on Thursday with a 6 p.m. start.
“Westwood is an impressive team and we are excited for the match up,” Botti said.
Mead said, “If we play like we have been playing tomorrow, I know we can come through with a win.”
The team will have a celebratory police send off from the school beginning around 3:45 p.m. on Thursday according to team parents.
“We are hoping to get as many fans to the high school as possible to send the girls on their way,” parent Peggy Fischer said.
