BRANCHVILLE, NJ -Sparta High School art students Luke Hein and Elizabeth Holden and art teacher Christy Graham won awards for their photography at the Sussex County Fair last week.

"Being able to showcase my work to people all over the county is something I will never take for granted," Hein said. "Winning second place was really exciting for me and only motivates me as well as my future with photography. I’m already looking forward to next year’s contest and entering more photos and projects."

Graham won Best in Show Creative and two honorable mentions.  She said it was exciting because she has not entered her own work into a show in a long time.

“It's exciting to win best in show for creative this year because the images I turned in were a new project I plan to do with my students this coming school year,” Graham said. “I hope winning helps motivate them to also be creative.”
