NEWTON, NJ –  A Sparta man pled guilty to charges of driving with a suspended license at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton according to the Sussex County Prosecutor Francis Koch.

Richard Decker was involved in a car accident in Hopatcong in January.  At that time the 58 year-old admitted his license was suspended after more than one arrest for driving while intoxicated, according to Koch’s announcement. 

On June 27 Decker entered his guilty plea before Hon. William McGovern.  Sentencing is scheduled for Sept 2, 2016, according to the county prosecutor.
