SPARTA, NJ – Driving carelessly led to a DWI arrest for a Pennsylvania man.  On Dec 24, Lt John-Paul Beebe observed a 2013 Toyota tailgating on northbound Route 15, according to police.  Around 9 p.m. the Toyota then exited onto the Route 517 Junction and tried to pass another automobile over the double yellow lines.

Lt Beebe stopped the vehicle and advised the driver Ramon Bueno as to the reason for being pulled over.  The 50 year-old Allentown resident was suspected to be under the influence of alcohol.  Beebe then turned the investigation over to Cpl Brian Hassloch.

Cpl Hassloch administered a series of Field Sobriety Tests which he failed.  Bueno was arrested for DWI and transported to Sparta police headquarters for processing and breath testing.
