SPARTA, NJ – The Sparta Recreation Department is offering a drive in movie experience for the first time with three showings of Frozen II.  The shows will run Thursday, Friday and Saturday, June 25,26 and 27 at the municipal building.

The movie has a local connection.  Young Elsa is played by the granddaughter of Peter and Shelia Conforti, Sparta residents.  Mattea Conforti, 14, originated the role of young Anna in the Broadway production of Frozen.  This was her third Broadway production having played Matilda, in the show of the same name.  She also originated the role of Louise and Rayne in Sunday in the Park with George.

The young Conforti is currently playing Millie Manx in the AMC Horror show NOS4A2, in it’s second season.
