SPARTA, NJ – The fall menu at The Mohawk House has a new offering. Executive Chef Peter Case together with owners Rachael and Steve Scro present Lobster and Pumpkin Thermidor.
The consummate fall dish is created with Baby Bear roasted pumpkin from local Liberty Farms, spinach, mushrooms and brandy.
