Sparta Families your families are those that share the same values that make Sparta a family town. All of our children have a shared success that can be influenced by their experiences in school. It is these values that I encourage you to vote for Kylen Anderson of Sparta for School Board of Education member on November 4, 2014.
Kylen is a long-time Sparta resident, her family is well liked and respected in the community where they have committed long hours volunteering in schools and activities to enrich the lives of children. Kylen’s selflessness as a volunteer with the Sparta Education Foundation, the foundation that has granted more than $500,000 in grants to the Sparta Schools. Kylen’s tenure (2007-2012) included positions as a Trustee on the board and President, this opportunity has given Kylen great deal of experience working with the PTO, BOE, Local, County and State regulatory committees.
Kylen has been an active parent in the school system for many years her daughters are graduates of Sparta High School (class of 2012 and 2014) who now (both) attend Syracuse University, her son is currently is an 8th grade student in SMS. Kylen and her family have a vested interest in the success of the children attending Sparta schools and truly care about their community. Kylen exemplifies honest, fairness and thoughtfulness, Kylen will use those qualities to create a responsible balance on the BOE.
Regardless of who you endorse it is imperative as a resident of Sparta that cares about your community that you vote on November 4, 2014.
