HARDYSTON, NJ - Area residents are invited to an open house on Sunday, Jan. 26 between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. to see all that the Sussex County YMCA has to offer. 

Guests can enjoy family activities including crafts and games, open swim after 12:30 p.m., and the chance to win a full, one-year membership. Personal training and wellness consultations will also be available. 

Let the Y help you achieve your fitness goals for 2020. Everyone who joins the Y by Jan. 31 can enjoy a $0 joiner fee and a free MyFit starter fitness program, a $400 value. The Y MyFit program is designed to help you reach your goals faster and try new things with a personal training coach. Perks of the MyFit VIP program include unlimited guest passes, a personalized workout, a free 1-hour session with a personal trainer, and access to the Y’s personal app.
